We strive to make best use of the Virtual Region’s resources, working as a team, with the board, with other Virtual Region committees and with its intergroups. We deal with larger projects, such as convention preparation, and smaller tasks, as a minor webpage update.  We have a weekly work session during which the projects or tasks are worked on together, providing training and the benefit of additional pair(s) of eyes.  Being able to edit a word processing document is on par with editing a webpage. Specifically, we

• • Edit existing pages
  • Build new pages
  • Create tutorials
  • Add Events and Announcements
  • Add and edit meetings and events on the VR Google Calendar
  • Assist in creating Eblast pages
  • Set up Constant Contact Campaigns for Data to send out Eblasts
  • Work with Canva to make graphics and flyers

We receive requests from other committees or the board.
