Support OA’s primary purpose by ensuring that all official Virtual Region documents (Bylaws and Policy Manuals) are consistent with the OA, Inc. Bylaws, Subpart B, and are kept up to date in accordance with decisions adopted by the Virtual Region Assembly and the World Service Business Conference.
Any member with a desire to serve and support the Virtual Region in maintaining the integrity of its bylaws, is warmly welcomed.
The committee usually meets monthly on a Saturday at noon Eastern Time.
