Committed members who are fluent in English and any other language, especially in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Greek, Arabic, Farsi, German, Japanese, and American Sign Language (ASL), and any others.
If you have interpretation skills or are passionate about the translation of the literature or the technical logistics behind multilingual gatherings, there is a place for you! Your service could be the reason a newcomer finally understands they are not alone.
Please sign up here if you wish to be a volunteer interpreter for Virtual Region Events (Assembly, Convention, Workshops, etc.). You will be contacted separately for each event so can choose when you are able to give service.
The committee meets on the 3rd Friday of the month at 10:30am, Eastern Time, unless there is a project that demands more attention.
