The Digital Coordinator oversees the Digital Resources Committee, ensures the website is maintained, and coordinates social media/outreach.
committee member who maintains all Word Press/Elementor updates, back ups & website fixes; works with service providers; updates the Digital Resources Committee; coordinates with the Digital Resources Chair and with the Virtual Region Digital Coordinator.
committee member who prepares meeting agendas, chairs the Digital Resources Committee meetings, organizes tasks for the committee, prepares monthly reports to the board and biannual reports before assembly, and guides the committee to fulfill its mission.

committee member who coordinates helps the members of the editing audio team. Overseeing the editing of recordings from Virtual Region Workshops and Convention Speaker Meetings and placement of them on the website. Provides training if needed for Digital Audio Editors.

Committee member to work with, communicate, and provide content for ovirtual.org, OA Virtual Region Facebook pages, (English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Greek, German), Instagram, and YouTube. We also collaborate with some of the Virtual Region’s Service Bodies.
Social media work with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Radio, Flyers, & other Resources. We create resources and support for Public Information/Professional Outreach (PIPO) and manage social media campaigns.
Meets to collaborate what the needs of new website and build a staging site.

All committee members may assist the chair with preparing reports to the Virtual Region Board.
We receive requests from other committees or the board. During Convention, Assembly, and other Virtual Region events, we receive a greater volume and variety of requests.
Meets as needed and works together to complete tasks while providing training at the same time.
