*If you are part of a registered OA Group, Intergroup, or Service Body that is affiliated with the Virtual Region and are guided by our 12 Steps, 12 Traditions, and 12 Concepts of Service, you are welcome to host a newcomer meeting. Unaffiliated meetings considering affiliation with the Virtual Region are welcomed..
On October 24 & 25 we will need service members who are able to fill positions of Host, Co Host, Greeter & Security-waiting room roles for our Welcome Center.
To serve in any capacity for the Virtual Region you need to sign a service agreement. br.(Meeting Contact, Bilingual Meeting Greeter & Welcome Center Service)
If you haven’t signed up for Newcomer Open House/Welcome Center service in the last 30 months, please do.
Then contact the committee chair to let them know how and when you’d like to serve.
