CONVENTION LOGO SUBMISSIONS NEEDED!!

Calling all artistically inclined members: The Virtual Region Convention 2027 needs a LOGO

Digital Design Specifications:

  • Theme is "There is a Solution: The Joy is in the Journey"
  • NO WORDS OR LETTERS are to be in logo
  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic) format is required
  • Use a maximum of 3 – 4 solid colors
  • The design should work effectively as grey scale
  • Provide a design that works on a light or dark background
  • The logo should remain identifiable at approximately 3 – 4 inches (7 - 10 cm) large.
  • Keep the design simple, with clean shapes and clearly defined areas.
  • Avoid very fine lines, intricate patterns, or small details.

The goal is to have a design that reproduces clearly and consistently while keeping production and printing costs reasonable. If selected, we may request that you provide variations needed for merchandise.

Logos may be reproduced on items such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, tote bags, coffee mugs, water bottles, mouse pads, and similar convention products.

If a logo includes artwork that is not your original creation, please identify the source so licensing can be considered, if needed.

  How to Submit your logo

All submissions need to be submitted
no later than

Thursday October 29th 2026.

Please attachment logo submission below with your personal contact information
Submit your Design
Designer of the selected logo will be asked to sign a Creative Material Release form.
If your design is selected, we may request that you provide variations needed for merchandise.

SUB COMMITTEE SERVICE MEMBERS NEEDED!!

Our annual convention is organized through our 13 subcommittees. They bring together the many facets that make our Virtual Region Convention a success every year. It takes many hands to get the work done.

There are many ways you can give service for our Convention.
There is no abstinence requirement for serving on or chairing a convention subcommittee.

It is our members—and especially our service bodies—whose generous support and commitment to service have made the size and scope of every Virtual Region Convention possible.

We invite each service body to identify at least one member to serve on a convention subcommittee.

We are deeply grateful for all you do and hope you will once again join us in giving service to the 2027 Virtual Region Convention.

To serve in any capacity for the Virtual Region you need to sign a service agreement. If you haven’t signed up for convention service in the last 30 months, please do. Then come to our meeting as we plan the Virtual Region Convention!
