VIRTUAL REGION COMMITTEES

The Regions’ Nine Committees are each unique
and flourishing in growth and outreach:

Bylaws Committee

Support OA’s primary purpose by ensuring that all official Virtual Region documents (Bylaws and Policy Manuals) are consistent with the OA, Inc.

Convention Committee

Globally carrying the message of recovery to thousands of newcomers and returnees around the globe through virtual platforms.

Data Protection Committee

Work with the Virtual Region privacy policies to provide personal data collection, processing, and anonymity protection.

Digital Resources Committee

Support the digital platforms of OA Virtual Region (such as the websites), working with the board, the committees and our intergroups to carry the message and to strengthen our fellowship.

Finance Committee

Working with the board, the committees and our intergroups to help facilitate the virtual channels to carry the message and to strengthen our fellowship.

Intergroup Outreach Committee (IGOR)

Support intergroups in helping the Virtual Region carry the message of recovery and strengthen the fellowship. We promote unity and cooperation among the Intergroups in the Virtual Region.

Language Services Committee

Breaking language barriers so that the OA message is heard clearly in every corner of the Earth. 

Public Information / Professional Outreach / Unity with Diversity
(PIPO/UWD) Committee

The Public Information, Professional Outreach, and Unity With Diversity Committee, (PIPO/UWD), exists for one clear and meaningful purpose: to carry the message of recovery and grow the hands and hearts of those willing to share it.

Twelfth Step Within Committee

To carry OA’s message of recovery to those who still suffer within the OA fellowship
