The Chat Post Service ensures essential information is delivered accurately and maintains a safe, focused environment within the session chat.
To do this role, you will frequently move information from documents into the Zoom chat. Understanding these device-specific shortcuts will significantly improve your workflow and speed.

Windows:
Ctrl + C (Copy) and Ctrl + V (Paste)
macOS:
Command (⌘) + C (Copy) and Command (⌘) + V (Paste)
Clipboard History (Windows + V):
On Windows, this allows you to access a list of multiple items you’ve recently copied, rather than just the last one.
Paste and Match Style:
To ensure the text looks clean in Zoom without carrying over strange document formatting, use Option + Shift + Command + V on Mac or Ctrl + Shift + V on Windows.
Right-Click Menu:
On any device, you can right-click the highlighted text to select Copy and right-click the Zoom chat box to select Paste.

Immediately before the meeting officially starts, post the Serenity Prayer into the chat box. This must be posted in all languages being interpreted for that session.
Before posting any announcements, confirm the specific interpreted languages being used for the current session via the designated WhatsApp group.
If the Speaker provides their contact information to the Monitor, post their information into the chat only at the agreed-upon time.
Post all required session and convention announcements into the chat, ensuring they are posted in all confirmed interpreted languages.
Continuously monitor all chat activity. Continuously post the same information as new members arrive.
Delete all inappropriate chat messages immediately.
Hate speech of any kind must be removed from the chat channels without exception.
