🤝 Service Coordination: Helping connect those giving service to the right roles and ensuring service flows smoothly.

📣 Outreach to Meetings & Service Bodies: Sharing convention information across the fellowship and extending the hand of OA.

🗂️ Advanced Welcome Center Planning: Working with the Public Information Professional Outreach/Unity with Diversity Committee (also seeking a Vice Chair or Co-Chair).

🎧 Editing Support: Assisting with audio editing from last year’s convention.

📱 Social Media Support: Creating Canva posts, scheduling content, and assisting with outreach to newcomers and members.

🌍 Interpretation Coordination & Translation Review: Organizing interpreters for multiple languages and reviewing all materials for translation accuracy.

🧭 Track Support: Preparing the four event tracks, scheduling service roles, following up on details, and supporting track preparation.

💬 Data & Communications Support (WhatsApp Groups): Assisting the Virtual Region Data Committee with setting up and supporting the convention WhatsApp groups, confirming service releases, and helping with tech integrations/coding.

🖥️ Website Design & Maintenance: Posting materials and updating information on convention pages and on the main website.
