Step 4: Make an Informed Group Decision

    • Invite presentations from multiple intergroups or service boards.
    • Consult with the Virtual Region for clarification and additional resources.
    • Group Conscience Meetings
    • Ensure all members are informed 
      

Step 5: Take Action and  Vote On:

• • • Affiliating with an existing intergroup.
    • Forming your own intergroup or specific-focus service board.
    • Post-Vote: Notifying the Virtual Region Chair for the next steps and support.

Step 6: Access Resources and Support

• • • The Region Trustee Liaison, Chair, and Treasurer are available to guide you through the process.
    • Participate in Intergroup Renewal Workshops and access digital materials available on oa.org.
