Important Notice to all OA Virtual Region past speakers:

In April this year, we were noticed that our DropSign (formerly Hello Sign) account had been compromised.
This is where we store all the signed speaker releases for the conventions and workshops for the Virtual Region. It does not appear that actual signed speaker releases were accessed. We have now removed all the signed speaker releases from DropSign and closed our account. Dropsign advised us they have contacted anyone whose data was possibly compromised. They have apologised for their mistake. We have not had any reports of any notifications from any of our past speakers.

We feel they have handled this properly, but want to make you aware of it just in case. Please contact the Data Coordinator: data@oavirtualregion.org if you have any questions or concerns. (Please feel free to share this with others you know who have been speakers for the Virtual Region.)
